Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange. Please note, all hoses, seals, and specially ordered custom items are exempt from our returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or securely boxed and wrapped.

All hoses are non-refundable except in the case of a fault. The customer is responsible for ordering the correct dimensions for their product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you believe you have ordered the wrong item, you may be entitled to exchange or credit. Please contact us at or 01375 800870 to arrange shipping your item back to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

In the case of a partial refund, a handling fee, dependent on the product, will be applied.

Credit Notes (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing credit notes (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your credit yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the credit is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you believe your item is defective or damaged, it will need to be sent directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us immediately at or call 01375 800870 and choose option 4. We will send you the correct paperwork for submitting a claim for an exchange. No parts will be replaced until a thorough investigation has been conducted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we or the manufacturer will receive your returned item.
